About Us:

I have been helping Buyers and Sellers in Hays and Ellis County for 28 years. I pride myself on the service provided to new and experienced buyers and sellers. I have the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation, this means I have the education and experience to help mature adults make decisions concerning their real estate holdings. I delight in helping first-time buyers buy the home of their dreams.

My hobbies include model railroading, golf ( when I have time), fishing, photography, and gardening. I have BS and MS degrees in Communication from Fort Hays State University. Being active in the community is a priority with me, served two terms on the Hays City Commission, presently chairman of the Airport Advisory Board, member of the Hays Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber Ambassadors, over 30 years in the Civil Air Patrol, and serve as the volunteer public information officer for Ellis County Emergency Management.

Married for 34 years and have four grown children and six wonderful grandchildren.

I like to specialize in the first time buyers because I like to educate them on the process of buying a home. In addition, I am knowledgeable about the grant programs that can help get them into a home with no money down. Another area that I enjoy is working with seniors who are down sizing or making that move to assisted living. While I have expertise in residential properties I can assist in commercial , industrial, and rural property needs. I am also a General Certified Real Property Appraiser in Kansas.
