I hate to be critical... I love active rain and what it has done to the networking capabilities for real estate professionals everywhere.... at least for the members who are "ACTIVE".

See, I recently relocated back to beautiful Eagle Idaho to relieve myself and my family from the California hustle... literally, it seemed that everyone most every Californian I encountered was doing the hustle or hustling someone. Like they say "California is a wonderful place to be from".

OK here is my Localism "beef... potato did not sound appropriate... yes, we have potatoes, corn and beef. Now I have sent multiple requests to AR stating that when you type in "Eagle, Idaho" you get an error. As the number #1 localism agent, I want the *&@#$ to work! I know... "its Eagle Idaho boy... settle down". But it was not easy to climb to #1 with my recent move, 4 kids and a real estate business to re-invent in a new state in the "WORST REAL ESTATE MARKET IN HISTORY"

I received one response and a few points stating they were fixing this "known" issue. Understanding... that AR probably had bigger "fish to fry" with other Localism issues I kept checking back... still nothing fixed. So I have cut and pasted the message I receive on every computer I own below.

We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly.

So now here is what is really crazy... some folks have actually purchased up all the Eagle Idaho "communities" and the $#@%! doesn't work... at least one my 4 PCs. Do the people who purchased Eagle Idaho realize what they are paying for does not work???

BETA needs to be added to the site, and be clearly visible because I have come across many issues "BUGS" or what ever you want to call them.

AR, look I understand it was a big project and will benefit those who participate or are paid participants. Although that defeats in my mind the AR Foundation, get noticed for what you say, not what you pay. I know you have a business to run, but maybe consider what I just said. Could you also give us the option to opt out of the ads that show up on our blogs. I only ask cause I suffer from ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) and I find myself looking at the ads of who is the next FORECLOSURE GURU, or how to close more deals, or how to sell in "Today's Market"

I think I'm going to write a book or create a fancy CD DVD... "THE REAL SECRET TO REAL ESTATE SUCCESS", boy that even sounds catchy, unfortunately the truth be told you only have to do two things to be successful in Real Estate... and most Agents have a real hard time doing them... WORK & PROSPECT... it really is that simple... save your money with the economic crisis here in the US and around the world you may need it to feed your family and keep a roof over their head.

All comments, suggestions or advice is appreciated... especially those at AR that can fix this "BUG".
