WineryX Real Estate was established to serve the highly specialized niche of winery real estate. Managing confidentiality and the marketing skills required to effectively market real estate assets in conjunction with a wine business was a grossly under-served niche, requiring extensive valuation skills and knowledge not possessed by most residential agents. The popularity of WineryX was self-propelling due to the demand of the specialty. In 2003 Jenny Heinzen joined the firm when the WineryX Real Estate division became more popular than Katie Somple could personally handle. Jenny holds two wine business related Masters Degrees from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. She is also a Broker, and was recently chosen by Realtor Magazine to the elite group "30Under30", which recognizes the most up and coming young Realtors across the country. In the spring of 2006 Jenny launched a second specialty, NapaVintageHomes.com. This comprehensive website provides one-stop-shopping for fans of vintage real estate. Betsy Buckwald joined theLifeStyle Properties team in 2004 with a background in B&B ownership. She has key insight on the realities and challenges of operating a bed and breakfast, learned from her own experience operating a B&B in St. Helena and Mendocino. Buyers and sellers who work with Betsy have the advantage of her experience in the marketplace. In addition to specializing in Bed & Breakfast real estate Betsy works with many first-time buyers and sellers of Napa Valley homes in the upper valley areas.
