About me

I specialize in helping buyers locate evaluate and negotiate bank-owned and short sale properties. I also enjoy working with first time home buyers. Whether it is helping them find a bank-owned property that is below market value or a traditional listing where I can work on my clients behalf in terms of negotiating price and terms. I take pride in my laid back, customer service based approach to real estate and believe that honesty, integrity and work ethic are the most important traits a realtor should possess.

When I am not working on various tasks to better serve my clients, you can most likely find me on a soccer field, either playing or coaching. I coach at Boston Collge High School in the fall and play in a few local men's leagues around Massachusetts. Free time is not a luxury that I possess, but when I do manage to find some, I enjoy fishing, reading, volunteering with horizons, writing, spending time with my family, friends and my wonderful girlfriend.

My goal for this blog is to offer useful information about the Massachusetts real estate market, specifically the Boston, Greater Boston and South Shore areas. My primary focus will be to offer information about bank-owned properties and short sales and the foreclosure crisis in general. There will also be important information for first time home buyers, such as relevant loan programs that are available and up to date information about featured towns and neighborhoods. I hope that anyone and everyone who reads my blog from seasoned investors to first time home buyer will find value in my output. I welcome your suggestions and feedback as to how I can improve.
