Maine waterfront real estate has continued to hold its own despite the down markets. Here is a look at coastal homes currently on the market in a few select coastal Maine communities, specifically Harpswell, Phippsburg and Georgetown.
Pricing has consistently risen every year as the transaction levels have remained stable since 2003 but take note of the increasing Days on Market. For more information on coastal Maine communities cli

Happy 4th of July all and as I return from a 7 month sailing excursion www.caribbeanendeavour.com I find myself re-enthused to enter the world of blogging. This past weekend Bath Maine hosted their annual 4th of July Heritage Days extravaganza. "What a town" I always find myself saying during this weekend. The street side vendors, the 5 mile road race, fireworks, live music, it has it all. I wish I had some pictures to provide but take a look at the large and all encompassing photo gallery from www.visitBath.com here.
For a Maine mid coast town less than 45 minutes to Portland... the real estate is affordable, the quality of life is high!!
