Yes I am "from away," and have been living in Maine for the past 5 years, first in Portland Maine and now in Bath Maine but had the luxury of spending all my summers on the coast of Maine in the town of Phippsburg Maine. I was born in New Jersy and graduated from the University of Virgina. I started my real estate career witn an affordable housing real estate development company in Portland, shifted to full time brokerage about 2 years ago and when not helping people buy and sell homes, I enjoy boating in all its forms, especially sailing. Golf, tennis, biking, sampling fine wines, fixing up my own real estate portfolio and spending time with family and friends seems to round out my days

I got into the brokerage business to be a real estate investor and thus I am quite knowledgeable within the greater Portland and Bath/Brunswick residential and multi family markets. Given my younger age of 28 I also seem to do quite a bit of work with first time home buyers looking for condos, single family and investment property in the greater Portland regions.
