About Us: About Me

I have been working as a Real Estate professional for over 5 years now. I LOVE what I do so that helps me to do an excellent job for my clients. I treat my clients the way I would want to be treated. I have utilized four realtors in my life (before I became one) and only one set a standard that I would want to match. So what I have learned is that folks want me to be honest and upfront with them - several years ago I made a commitment that my transactions are not about the commission but about the referral that I would get from this client in the future. So by taking my eye off the money this enables me to service all my transactions with my clients best interest at the fore front of my mind. My client see how I work and always seem to find me a friend of relative to referr to me.

I take contiued education very seriously and have obtained my GRI and I am currently in the process of getting my ABR. I am always ready to learn something new or take a situation and learn something that will help prevent problems on future transaction.

Areas of Expertise

I like to work close to home so Cedar Park would be the area that I would say I have the most expertise in. By living here and working here I am aware of most of the homes on the market the shopping and schools. My area Cedar Park was rated in the top 10 places to raise a faimly by the Family Circle Magazine. The article mention the fact that Cedar Park is very family oriented and there are many activities that a family could enjoy year around.
