EZ Home Ownership Realty LLC is a company located in Grand Ledge Michigan that specializes in the pre-foreclosure process. Our company presently does not list or sell properties. We deal exclusively with people in the beginning stages of foreclosure. We help people solve their foreclosure situation by negotiatin with the lenders to do a short sale. During the process we have two goals. First we negotiate if possible the delay of the sheriff's salewhile we negotiate and that avoids the foreclosure from ever going on their credit report. Second we negotiate away, if possible, any deficienacy the lender may try to impose. We want what ever we pay the lender at discount to be payment in full on behalf of the seller.

We work with all of the local Real Estate Companies in the tri-county area (Ingham, Eaton, Clinton). We use the team concept. We do what we do best and let the Realtors do what they do best. Realtors get paid a full 6% commission based upon the end sale price to an end buyer. When we work with Realtors, our success rate soars. We are the dominate force in short sales in our area.
