Things EVERYONE should know about Realtors!
If you are buying a home, use a Realtor! (most often, in Colorado) Realtors work for buyers for free, it is most often the seller or seller's agent that pays a referral fee to the agent that brings the buyer. If you can have someone who will work on your behalf to get the best deal and watch out for you during the transaction FOR FREE, use them! why wouldn't you?
Make sure you like your Realtor, it always helps.
If you like and trust your Realtor, REFER them your friends and family! anyone you know who is buying or selling real estate can benefit from your Realtor's knowledge and experience.
If you or someone you know is looking to buy/sell real estate in a different area than your Realtor works, CALL YOUR REALTOR and ask them who they know in the buy/sell area so they can refer you a competent Realtor to assist you in the new area.
