'I've always enjoyed meeting new people. My clients are far more than a 'loan number' to me. I think it's very important to take the time to listen closely and develop a relationship of trust with an understanding of a person's needs, likes and dislikes. People feel comfortable knowing who they are working with and that that person really cares. Accountability is essential in building this trust. I live by the philosophy of treating clients like I would want to be treated.'
