Here is what I am: I am a straightforward California Mortgage Broker that works hard, keeps clear lines of communication throughout the entire loan process and doesn't make false promises. I can't stress the importance of working with a reputable company that is "in tune" with the daily (and even hourly) underwriting guideline changes currently taking place at banks and financial institutions, to give you the greatest opportunity for a successful transaction during these changing times in the real estate industry. At the end of the day, I can fall asleep with a clear conscience that I've done all of our clients good, not placing them or their families in bad situations.
