I have been in the mortgage industry for over five years.  In Arizona we experienced a "BOOM" that was no secret to other parts of the country.  People were getting into the real estate and lending industry by the droves to make a 'quick buck.'  Sure, things were great during that time but now it's time to get back to reality.  It is not a BAD market, we now have to build our business...during the "BOOM" the only experience you had to have was taking orders-that's how easily deals were coming in.  My business building ideas consist of going the extra mile for clients and actually being a reliable source for them to depend on throughout the biggest investment of their lives.

It is my passion to help finance dreams.  My degree in business is from Pepperdine University which has prepared me to assist clients as well as realtors with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail.  Previous clients continue to refer on a monthly basis which we all know is our greatest resourse!  I have a personal assistant who is an extention of myself which helps the process become even more personal and assured for accuracy.  My goal is to get you into a home of your choice and to later help your children get into their first home.

I specialize in first time buyers and "difficult" refinances, which makes the more streamlined transactions a breeze.  Any and every situation is handled with my clients best interest at heart.
