When a new condominium complex was built in late 2006, it had ten high quality town homes for sale. The builders' sold two on their own, but when the sales stopped they decided to hire professional help. So they hired a Real Estate Agent to market the property. It took three different agents and an on site broker over a year to make nothing happen at the Mossy Oak Town homes, that is when Linda Suidan of Results Realty stepped in.
When Suidan took over, just two months ago, she wasted no time making her mark. It started with when she had the eye sore mobile sales office removed from the property. Suidan then moved the office into one of the roomy four bedrooms unsold units, and made it the model. She then made a detailed list of all the exceptional quality products built into these homes including garages, hardiplank siding, stainless steel appliances and how each unit has a heat pump and a HVAC unit! Suidan then removed all old marketing products and completely reinvented the marketing plan. Suidan chose a large bank to offer financing options and additional signage. She put together fliers for each individual unit; put a sign and information box with it. Then finished the HOA agreement, gathered all local city, county and state information, and added it all together in a professionally bound book that potential buyers could take with them. Suidan then proceeded to post the units for sale on over a dozen search engines on the internet.
Now buyers came from many sources, directly into a completed model, received a book of information and left with a complete understanding of what Mossy Oak Town homes had to offer them. The traffic of potential buyers went from a trickle to a flood every day! In less than forty days Suidan had accepted offers from three new buyers. Where all others failed, Suidan stepped up to the challenge and crushed the previous agents' attempts to market and sell these exceptionably built town homes.
