Since the early 1980's Margarita has gained solid experience marketing all these unique Residential and Commercial Properties in Key West and the Lower Florida Keys. She's also completely fluent in English and Spanish, for the many buyers and sellers who speak English as an "outside-the-home language."

A marine researcher in her pre-Realtor life, Margarita now lives the idyllic existence that many of her client's aspire toward. Mornings that begins next to the sea with refreshing ocean breezes, gently swaying palms, exotic tropical plants and unique wildlife. Workdays in a vibrant, historic city amid a wide array of creative and interesting individuals. Relaxing in the "best back yard ever", the crystal waters of the Atlantic Ocean, the Gulf of Mexico and the islands of the "backcountry". Evenings beginning with a salute to that famous Key West sunset, then world class dining in one of the island's many fine restaurants. Not bad for an average Tuesday, of course weekends are even better.
