Wasilla, Alaska is where I have my office and Palmer is where I live.  I have been a full-time realtor in the Mat-Su Valley since 1991. I am an associate Broker at RE/MAX of Wasilla. Helping people with their real estate transactions is what I enjoy doing.   I do my utmost to provide excellent service with integrity for all my clients.

I have been in Alaska all of my life.  I was raised on the Yukon River until I was 13 when we moved to Victory High School at Mile 95 on the Glenn Highway.  My family moved to the valley in 1971.  After turning 18 I lived all over the state, I have lived in Tanana, Bettles, Grayling, King Cove, Naknek, Egegik, and even in Anchorage for a couple years.  After Bible School I worked at Chapel By the Sea in Anchorage and then with Interact Ministries in different villages.  Then attended University of Alaska for 4 years earning a BEd.  After teaching for 8 years, After getting my real estate license and found that I really enjoyed working with people and helping them find their homes. 

After Grace and I were married we moved back to the Mat-Su Valley and love it here.  I have helped people with their real estate needs since 1991, starting with DeVries and Associates and moving to RE/MAX of Wasilla in 1993.  This is what I do full time and I really enjoy it.  My wife Grace stays home and teaches and raises our four children.  She does a great job of it too, our oldest is attending the University of Arizona on a full acedemic scholarship without attending any public or private school.

We currently live in the Palmer area near Trunk Road.  It is a nice central location between Palmer and Wasilla.  I help people sell and buy property anywhere in the Matanuska-Susitna Borough from Talkeetna to the Eureka.

I specialize in residential houses and land in Wasilla, Palmer, Big Lake, Houston, and all the surrounding areas.  I also help with commercial properties anywhere in the Mat-Su Borough
