In 2007, Money Magazine ranked Horsham, Pennsylvania as #15 out of 100 Best Places to Live! The focus was on smaller cities across the country that offered the best economic opportunity, good schools, safe streets, things to do and a real sense of community. As a long-time Horsham resident and a Hatboro-Horsham school district graduate, I could not be more proud! I love everything about this town from our parks, restaurants, and community events to our rich history. I even love the airplane noise from the Willow Grove Air Base! But I especially love selling homes here. Our local real estate market is fabulous! Potential buyers are well aware of the value of living in Horsham, and that has contributed to keeping our market strong.

Patti's Story

I am a graduate of Hatboro-Horsham High School, class of 1983. I currently live in Horsham, PA with my husband and three children. I have been active in my children's schools for many years, running the elementary school store for quite some time. After working in the patent publishing industry for over 13 years, I decided to enter real estate sales. It is truly my calling. Helping people and building relationships is what this business means to me. I am a member of the Bucks County Association of Realtors, as well as the Pennsylvania and National Associations of Realtors. I am a graduate of the Schlicher-Kratz Real Estate Institute and am also a Certified Mentor. I currently serve on the Keller Williams Community Service Committee where I get to use my organizational skills running Bake Sales to raise money for various charities! It is a pleasure to get up and go to work every single day, especially because I work in the best real estate office on the planet!
