I'm just thinking . . . before I call it a night. . .about how thankful I am to be living in the Ozarks! It is beautiful here and the cost of living is great! Yesterday I filled up my car's gas tank before heading out to show properties and was pleasantly surprised that the price had dropped to $3.19 per gallon! I was thrilled that it cost under $50 to fill my Toyota Camry! Who would have thought (especially a year ago when $35 would have been a full tank) that paying $47 to fill my tank would make my day! It was a beautiful day of showing and my clients have narrowed their search down to one property! People moving to our area are commonly very impressed with the amount of home their money buys. . .even in great/excellent condition!
