Most important do not ignore the letters from the bank. Go to www.hud.gov and look for links for your state. There are housing counseling agencies who will guide you and you need to talk to an attorney.

if you are looking to buy a home there are some wonderful buys available. They are good for first time buyers or those who want to down size.

If you work in Center City , Philadelphia, you can take the train to Philadelphia from Warminster www.septa.org

They have good diners and restaurants. Eagle Diner and Perkins,are two places that I love.

For recreation they have many parks. Five Ponds Golf Course, and Thunderbird lanes for bowling.

Things to do / places to visit in October in Bucks County, Pa.

There is always something you can do in Bucks County. You can see fall colors , pick your pumpkins at the farms or buy produce at farm markets . You can see some of the covered bridges or go to craft fairs.

Here are some places you can visit :

Rice's Maret Tuesdays and Saturdays 7 am to 1.30

October 11: Second Saturday New Hope and Lambertville 5 to 9 pm

Townhome sin Stover Mill are a great bargain. They are located in Central Bucks School district. www.cbsd.org

I looked up the multiple listing and saw that there are 11 homes for sale.

They range in price from $212,900 for a 2 bedroom unit to $229,900 for a 3 bedroom unit.

There are some 3 bedrrom units with a basement .

In the last 6 months 8 homes sold for an average price of $218,906 and they were on the market for an average of 48 days, from date listed to date it went under contract for sale. The info is subject to errors and omissions.

The subject line is important when you send email.

We receive so many emails every day that most people delete half the email without reading it.

I usually delete forwarded jokes and other chain letter type of email as well as listing information from out of the area.

Last weekend I arranged a music concert in New Jersey. It was well attended. An hour before the concert I received a call from someone asking me if the concert was postponed . I was surprised and asked what made her think it was postponed.She said she received an email from someone ' I checked my email and there was a message ' NJ concert program postponed" I clicked on the message and it was about some other function.

In fact the person who sent that email attended my concert and I told him what happened.I suggested he should have mentioned the event itself in the subject line.

The person who called me did not have patience to click through the message. The subject line is important.

Sometiems my entire message is short and I just write it in the subject line.
