I love real estate! My previous career was as a Respiratory Therapist which was rewarding also helping those that had breathing problems. My career in Real Estate is still helping people but it is with one of the biggest transactions they will have in their life, whether they are a first time buyer or a seasoned seller they have the same goal. First time buyers are such a thrill teaching them how it all works and finding that just right home is so satisfying. You can always tell when it is the one they want their eyes light up and they can't wait to write the offer, but I try to make them step back and look at everything. Love at first sight sometimes goes away after we go back the 2nd time to look, this visit usually results in them seeing the property isn't perfect but is still what they want and they are willing to overlook or do the work to make it perfect for them.

My other passion is new contruction I love helping people find just the right lot and the right floor plan. As a manager I don't get to work with the buyer's as much as I would like. It is very rewarding helping them visualize what a property could become with a little imagination.
