Being a full time Realtor and Broker/Owner of my comapny, I have dedicated my professional life to assisting people buy and sell real estate throughout Metro Denver.
My passion for real estate began back in 1976 when I bought my first book on "How to be a Real Estate Investor". From then on I dabbled in real estate investments and fix & flips. In 2000 I realized that I enjoyed real estate well enough that I should pursue this as a career and in 2001, I received my license and teamed up with Metro Brokers. In 2003 I opened up my own brokerage with my wife - Apollo Realty GRoup, LLC. At that point we began to hire associates and I have now received my Mortgage Broker's Licence.
I came from a 30 year background in the restaurant industry, with a bit of construction. With both industries being big on customer service, it was an easy transition to take my learnings from the restaurant industry into Real Estate. I specialize mainly in residential real estate from the 1st Time buyer & renter to the move up buyer. Having been an investor myself, I also enjoy working with investors and helping them with their fix-up or rental properties. Although I am licensed throughout the entire state of Colorado, I concentrate in the north eastern part of Metro Denver. My main areas are the cities of Westminster, Northglenn, Thornton, Commerce City and Brighton. I also do occassional work in Aurora, Denver, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Lakewood, Wheat Ridge, Arvada and Golden.
