Over the life span of this Blog, I hope to keep you readers informed of the Commercial Real Estate in Macomb County, MI. To do this, I will likely post entries on Monday mornings, although, may post more frequently based on events or new listings that I take in the market. Please check here for events that are happening in the market as well as with the Sterling Heights, Shelby Township, Utica Chamber of Commerce. I will also post a potential customer that I am trying to contact, or building that I am specifically trying to move. This week I am listing retail space on the west side (southbound traffic) Woodward in Royal Oak. The property is located 1/2 mile north of the Detroit Zoo. The space is approximately 2,000 sf, parking and visibility are strong.
