About Me:

My name is Randy Puaatuua and I'm a loan officer with Northstar Alliance. We are a full service lender with in-house underwriting, an appraisal division, along with real estate sales - all on one floor! This allows us the unique ability to be fully informed at all moments during the loan process which gives our clients peace-of-mind from application to closing.

As a loan officer I believe that my success has come from maintaining three very
simple principles that keep my clients coming back and my referrals growing:

• I return my phone calls and emails promptly
• I know what I'm doing
• I do what I say I'm going to do

Very simple, isn't it? I find that keeping things simple ensures growth and progress.
As my client, you can expect simplicity, prompt service, accurate information, and
efficient follow up and follow through.
