Rose Thomas has over 17 years of real estate finance experience. A Carmel High School graduate, Rose has lived in the Monterey Peninsula and Santa Cruz areas since birth. She is a mother of two boys and involved in her community. She owns mulitple properties and is always looking to build her real estate portfolio. In the last 5 years Rose has closed over 400 million dollars in loan production, has accomplished all goals and maneuvered even the toughest deals to close. Rose is well-known and trusted within the real estate community.
