I also understand the importance of condition and help my sellers stage their homes to show properly from day 1. A marketing plan is customized for each of my sellers and it is tweaked or revamped along the way, depending on response to the home. The net is widely spread using traditional means (broker's opens, open houses, newspaper ads) and every available technology tool (internet ads, internet showing alerts, e-flyers, flash listings. I communicate to my sellers the response that buyers are having to their property and we strive to overcome every objection until the home is sold!
