I come from the corporate environment where I was a Customer Service manager. I know the meaning of getting the job done, as well as, delivering exceptional customer service. After 14 years of working in the service industry, I retiredto pursue my love of homes. Clients who have worked with me, say I love the hunt...Iwon't stop until it's a win-win for everyone.

In2000, I graduated from University of Phoenix with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. In Real Estate, each day brings new opportunities and challenges that allow me the opportunity for growth. My husband Joe, and I love snow skiing, hiking in the mountains, and fishing out on our boat. We have 5 GREAT children, Shirae, Rachel, Chris, Justin and Nicole. Our 4 legged additions, who are very spoiled, include Ralph, a silver and black German Shephard, Sadies, a Black and Tan German Shephard, and Sonny, a Golden Retreiver that keep us on our toes daily.

I had to type something here to let people know that Shirley treated me just great and had consideration for me in my finding a home in the Tampa Bay area. I went through the storm Charley in 2004 and decided to sell and move closer to my daughter in Pasco County. I dealt with one real estate agent, but she just didn't seem interested at the time because I was looking for something in my price bracket of under $100,000. At that time the real estate market was out of control in Florida. I placed a small add in an on line real estate web site and Shirley answered my ad. She spent so much of her time helping me and showed concern that no one else did at that time. Wishing you a Merry Christmas! I wanted to write a recommendation to you because there could never be another realtor that I could higher recommend than you. Where to begin? Overall, you are completely genuine, loyal and dedicated to your job and to the person you're working with. You went out of your way to help me with all my concerns, questions, and took every extra mile in doing so. I remember when I first met you and we began by driving around to get a feel for what I was looking for. Within the hour, you had my needs locked in, and you showed me homes and neighborhoods that fit perfectly for what I wanted. You went out of your way to get in touch with contacts and never let up in calling and calling, and most importantly keeping me constantly informed of new properties coming up in neighborhoods I was interested in. You made everything happen. You made it easy and comfortable for me.

Because my husband and I felt completely thrilled and confident in you, we gave you our home to sell even though it was an hour away from you. And.... You sold our home in one day! I remember hiring a cleaning company to clean my home. You came in to inspect it and weren't thrilled with the cleaner's job. You then took the initiative to buy a special rust cleaner to clean the tiles in my patio that my cleaning company couldn't get out, and of course you did. You then spent an extra 5 to 7 hours vacuuming and cleaning my home to your satisfaction because of the perfectionist you are. You cared so much that our home looked perfect for resale and you did everything you possibly could to sell our home for us. I don't know any realtor who would ever go that distance - in cleaning, in showing, and working so hard with the dedication you have.

Shirley, I am so sad that you moved because you completely spoiled me. I will never find another realtor who took so much time with me and genuinely cared. I just wanted to express my sincere appreciation to you. As a single woman and being a home owner, challenges arise everyday.
