Today's consumer has access to more information in the comfort of their home or the privacy of their office than they have ever had in the past. It is my belief that one of my  jobs is to assist you in interpreting the information. A fully informed client is always in position to make a better decision about their next course of action.

The finest computer screen on the market, does not reveal the truth behind all the data you see. Statistics can be used to support either side of any argument and distort the true value of any purchase. I think you deserve a fighting chance. I think you should have all aspects of the market explained to you. I think you are smart enough to make a good decision. You just need the truth. I make sure you hear it.

Real Estate. I realize that some agents prefer to "specialize" in areas.  I have not made that decision.  I prefer to be a "general practioner" of real estate. I have a group. Different members have different skill sets. I make sure that every transaction has the solid base of sound real estate practice.

I also understand that the recent rapid escalation of prices in our area has put homeownership almost out of  the reach of the first time buyer and the average consumer. The relationship between dollar earned and the cost of a home has broadened. This has created a scenario in which it is very important to use due dilligence when searching for a new home. I can't change the market. I can promise you that if  I represent you in the purchase of a home, at settlement you will receive the keys to your home and a rebate check of a portion of the commission I have been paid.

My door is always open to first time buyers and I also enjoy the opportunity to help those relocating to the area. I have made a conscious effort to remain aware of all programs benefiting our armed services personel as well as those working in the service industries. Our military, our police, our firefighters, our teachers, our skilled and unskilled laborers deserver the best in representation. They make our community safe and elevate our quality of life. I enjoy returning the favor. 

Some will share that offering a rebate is the act of a desparate agent. I will only counter that it is a small act when you measure it against the fact that when prices almost doubled, agents income did as well. Visit my website for more information.
