I had never bought anything worth more then $50 in my life when I started looking for a house.  Of course family and friends all have their own opinions about how to do things, and what I should be looking for but it was all so confusing.  Once I let go and let Stacey do her thing I never worried again.  If we pulled up to a house and it had something I didn´t like, we didn´t even have to get out.  I didn´t have to look at anything that didn´t meet the criteria.  She has to have the patience of a saint to put up with how picky I was.  She even pointed out a couple of things that I didn´t know to look for or to ask for during the whole process.  I really appreciate all that she did for me and how much she helped me.  Anytime I get the chance to use her name, I do!
