I am the Community Manager for Legacy Villas. I offer new condominium homes in Westminster Colorado. I have been an active Realtor in Colorado for 6 years and have been working with Chateau Development and Brokers West for more than 3.

Legacy Villas is a high quality condominium community. I enjoy working at Legacy Villas because most often the people I'm working with are purchasing their very last home. It's a very emotional experience and being there to help through the transition is very fulfilling.

I also enjoy working with our Realtor community. With out your help we would not be the community we are today. I try to make each experience as enjoyable and easy for our Realtors as well as their Buyers.

We've also worked with a number of Realtors across the US. As long as the Association permits, I'm happy to offer a co-op to our business associates across the country. Any opportunity that allows me to work with our associates from across the country I'm going to take.

Also, be sure to check our web site, the news paper and flyers for our Communities that Care campaign. In an effort to raise money for ALS and Race for the Cure we will be asking everyone who is able to come out to any community built by Chateau Development. For every person that tours our model homes we will donate a dollar amount to one of these foundations. We're still hammering out the details so I will post any updates as they come available.
