Specialization
I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Antioch, Brentwood, and Pittsburg. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable with the local schools.

I operate as a liaison / facilitator between all interested parties (Buyer and Buyer agent, Seller and Seller agent, Real Estate Inspector, Loan Office, Title Company etc.) However I only represent you. I will continue to utilize key skills to ensure my clients are always well informed, understand the process flow, activities required, and time schedules involved in purchasing or selling a residence. I review all documents personally to ensure the "T" 's are crossed and the "i" 's are dotted. I'm an open communicator, ensuring all are up to date with the latest information.

My Wife and I closed escrow a couple of days ago on a beautiful house in Brentwood thanks to Tim Light. We moved in on Wednesday after a short two week escrow. Bottom line: Tim is a hard worker that gets the job done and exceeds expectations.
We bought our previous house from a new subdivisions's sales office years ago (we rented before that). We have never sold a house while buying another on contingency.
