Homes in Tuolumne County dropped ever so slightly this week to
$301,370 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home.*

The number of days on the market (DOM) remained the same. Currently
Tuolumne County Homes* still have an average market time of 154 days.

Taking a look at the total picture and including homes of all shapes and
sizes, inventory fell again this week from 546 to 536. The median asking
price remained the same $349,000 with an average time of 163 days on
the market.

222 priced between $300 and $500k, (Down 11 from last week)

... Way, way back in 2004, 14 Residential properties sold with an
average price of $310,993 and 116 DOM

In 2005, 10 sold with an average price of $350,000 and 122 DOM

This week in 2006, 11 properties went into contract and 2 sold with an
average price of $808,000 and 253 DOM.

In the year 2007, 9 went into contract and 5 sold with an average price
of $359,400 and 114 DOM............

In North Tuolumne County during the past 7 days, 10 Residential
properties went into contract and 11 sold with an average price of
$301,627 and 231 DOM.

The cost of Homes in Sonora CA finally moved this week. The average
price for a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 car garage dropped about $3000 to
$288,725*.

Currently Sonora CA Homes* have an average market time of 145 days.

If we take a look at the total picture and include Real Estate in Sonora
CA of all shapes and sizes, inventory remained the same this week at 99
with median asking price of $369,900 and an average time of 153 days
on the market.

When compared to the rest of the Northern Tuolumne County there are
543 homes for sale with a median asking price of $349,000 and an
average of 161 days on the market. That is down 6 units from last week.
