I can help my clients in any aspect of Real Estate. I know the West Valley and Central Phoenix or Metro Phoenix area more than others. However, I can help my clients in any area of Arizona. I do like to travel, especially in Arizona, so I know places like Flagstaff very well. I am very familiar with the state and all it has to offer to its residents and future residents for that matter.
Arizona is a great place to live, vacation, or invest. Here in Arizona there are plenty of things to do, from hiking, fishing, swimming, boating, skiing (water and snow), to mountain biking, sports events, shopping, etc... Or just about anything else you may enjoy. In Phoenix alone we average 300 days of sunshine, and contrary to belief, we only have a few months of HOT weather. And with air conditioning in your home, car, office, and stores, you rarely are exposed to the heat, unless you prefer the outdoors. With Lake Pleasant, and Saguaro Lake nearby, you can retreat to these desert oases. Cities such as Flagstaff and Sedona also offer a great escape from the desert heat. Flagstaff for example has snow skiing, hiking, etc... And a great small town charm.
Finally, as a young minority, I would like to start working with young home buyers, and minorities to help educate them on the home buying process and the benefits of owning property. I believe theses groups are under represented. And I also believe that they deserve the same opportunities and attention that other groups receive when it comes to Real Estate.
