Wayne and his son, Kirk, sell between 200 and 300 homes a year to Residents in KS and clients wanting investment property in Kansas. Wayne's West office is #1 in listings sold and the company is #3 in Units sold. RE/MAX, as a whole in Wichita, became #1 in listings sold for 2006. Wayne's offices make up around 66% of the total RE/MAX sales. National, RE/MAX is the #1 seller of homes in the U.S. RE/MAX makes up around 7% of all US agents but does 14% of all transactions and 18% of all US volume.
