Greg Hrabcak, President of the Columbs Board of Realtors says "As inventory levels have been roughly thirty percent higher than normal for the last year or so, any leveling off in new listings is a welcome sign for the market as a whole, The fact that the supply has been significantly greater than the demand has resulted in lower sale prices, lengthier sales listing periods and a general concern about housing. But housing, like most economic sectors, is cyclical. This buyer's market won't last forever.

Wendy comes from Southern Ohio and has spent her work life in central Ohio. Her first career was in the corporate world working with computer systems in health Insurance. When she discovered real estate, it was love at first sight. Wendy became an investor first and learned about landlording, rehabbing and real estate investing. Since 2002, she has been an agent and in 2006 obtained her broker's license. She has one daughter & 2 grandkids living in the Cleveland area, and a big brute of a dog, Aussie.
"Santa" Ricky Baldwin was born in Kentucky and has spent close to 30 years in the corporate world working in logistics. He enjoys public speaking, acting, voice-over, puppetry and working with the public. "Santa" Ricky has also enjoyed success in radio, print and commercial, appearing on catalog covers and in radio & television commercials, and has been a member of SAG (Screen Actors Guild). During the season, he dons the red cap and makes commercial, corporate and private appearances. He has 2 grandkids, and a daughter, Rebecca, home based in Utah, and exploring the world.
