Funny Story: Agents Never Return Phone Calls

I am a property manager for an owner of a duplex that is currently listed for rent. The owner was at the duplex a few days ago and said a guy came up to him for some info about the duplex.

The guy said that he had tried to contact me but that I didn't answer the phone or didn't call back.

I said "he called me?" The owner says to me, "I knew he was lying about calling you when he said you didn't call him back." He went on to say, "I know you well enough to know that you always return phone calls. I've never known you not to return a phone call."

He and I had a good laugh behind that one.

So if you know of anyone looking for a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home to rent, I've got a great home for rent in East Lake for just $525.00. Tell them that if they call me an have to leave a message, they can rest assured that I'll call them back.

FREE Jazz Concert at Eastlake Park

The free jazz concerts in the park began on th 4th of July this year. It was the first of a series of free jazz concerts in our local area parks. Attendance at each concert has been getting bigger and better. But by far, the turn out at East Lake Park is likely to be the largest turnout of the season.

The anticipated crowd will probably include attendees from all of other concerts and some new comers. It's go in to be an exciting day.

Concert series wraps up August 1 at the all new Railroad Park.
