Rock Creek Subdivision,Harvest Alabama 35749, Home Sold To Another Happy Couple
Working in Madison and Huntsville Alabama I've really had the good fortune of working with some teriffic couples lately and the home pictured bleow has given me the pleasure of working with yet another great young couple Michael & Bria, purchasing their first home together...you can imagine how excited they are.
Michael is from across the pond (UK) and is working on his citizenship and becoming a pilot here in the states. Bria is employed at a local airport...go figure. Anyway, I may be getting the the better end of this transaction because Michael has promised to buy me a Guinness or two...he also said I should put on my dancing shoes...not sure what he meant...maybe it's one of those strange customs our cousins in the UK have. I did, however, make it clear that if there was any dancing going on it would involve Bria and not Michael...just to be absolutely certain there was no misunderstanding.
Rock Creek is another of the areas newer subdivisions and if you'd like a little more information about it just give me a call or click here Rock Creek to see details and photos of all available listings in the Rock Creek Subdivision.
If you need a knowledgeable real estate professional in Madison or Huntsville Alabama area, why don't you let me Google that for you! I also know outstanding agents in all states and Canada should you need help relocating to a new area.

RE/MAX Legacy - Athens Al
Our office is offering a boot camp for our Realtors. The concept is to offer agents that would like to have the motivation offered by a team lead but want to maintain their own identity a program to help . Our broker, Neysa Leicher, decided to offer a boot camp - it will be a combination of training, motivation, accountability and hands on activities. She is even offering a major incentive to the most improved agent.
Neysa feels strongly that individual Realtors needed a format to gain some of the motivation provided by teams and decided to do some about it. It also ties into the company goal for the year of growing by investing in our agents to help them reach their full potential.
Watch for future blogs as more information becomes available.

In the last two weeks I have seen an our pouring of generosity from our local community to donate food to our local food pantry. A campaign called "STUFF A TRUCK" was ran a week ago with great success and then again at last night at a multiple denomination county wide service.
We are truly blessed to have some many wonderful people in Limestone County. If you have been involved - Thank you.
A little background on LCCI:
For those of you not familiar with LCCI it stands for Limestone County Churches Involved. It is a non-profit organization providing emergency food and general assistance to the families of Limestone County. LLCI receives no government assistance and is supported by the churches and individuals of Limestone County.
We are centrally located in downtown Athens and we are open each and every morning, Monday through Friday.
Our compassionate and caring all volunteer staff of more than 150 people is committed to our mission of mobilizing the churches of Limestone County to minister to our community’s needy in the name of Jesus Christ.
Our Food Pantry has grown to become Athens & Limestone County’s primary source of food for the needy. In 2010 we had 3800 request for food and we are expecting the same number for 2011. Approximately, two thirds of the food distributed comes in the form of donated food items from churches, schools, businesses, social clubs and individuals. The remaining one third is purchased. The value of the food distributed in 2011 is projected to be over $165,000.
The General Assistance program consists of help with utilities, housing, medical, and gasoline. In 2010 we distributed more the $77,000 in general assistance helping 595 people and we are projecting about $72,000 for 740 people in 2011.
