So I get ANOTHER email from Lisa Lyons at Realtor.com/blogs today and she says they've republished another one of my post about how much a buyer should offer on a home. I posted the original on my In and Around Birmingham blog because it's a question that I get a lot.

I've got to say, my ActiveRain teachers are training me well with tips, tricks, knowledge, writing, blogging, Google Juice all in the name of getting noticed. While I have not had any direct business from ActiveRain, I have been getting a ton of leads on the property management side of my business based on the things that I've learned from my colleagues on ActiveRain and for that, I want to say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Whatever it was that made me log on to ActiveRain back in November 2009, I sure am grateful for it. Now I stay motivated, focused and my optimism is through the roof.
