Link

You probably know that inbound links are one of the best ways to increase traffic through your web site. This is true for 2 reasons. One reason is that there are more links to your web site for people to find. This is not the primary benefit of many inbound links however. The biggest benefit is the credit you get from a search engine standpoint and how the engine relays search results that contain your URL; this is your rank.

Look at it like this. You're debating on a restaurant. Aaron's restaurant has 50 positive reviews (links) versus 200 positive reviews (links) for Lundy's restaurant. Well just before you go to Lundy's restaurant, you read one of the reviews and find out that her reviews are from a diesel mechanic in Robertsdale, AL. Meanwhile Aaron's restaurant reviews are from different food critics in the area and when you search Google for the best restaurant to visit, Aaron's is at the top of the results and Lundy's is no where to be found. Lundy's restaurant has bad inbound links and probably bad food too.

Where am I going with all of this you ask. Quality links are what you are after. Links from sites that offer similar services are most beneficial.

Timing is another thing to watch out for. If you are on a link acquisition rampage and Google sees that you collected 42 new links in 30 minutes, they will probably think you bought them and diminish their collective quality. So pace yourself and add links slowly over time. Sucessful SEO campaigns are done over time through consistency and quality content.

If you have multiple web sites, as many of us do, you can't swap links between them all and just link everything together if you want the maximum SEO benefit. There is a technique called a "Link Wheel" that should be incorporated.

Understand what "no follow" links are. A no follow link is basically ignored by search engines. They are used primarily with larger sites. Facebook is a good example of a "no follow" site. In your link building campaigns, be sure to check whether the site is a no follow linking site.

If you are in real estate and have a site with a broad condo theme, I would be interested in discussing possible link exchanges with one of our sites. My primary site focuses on Gulf Shores, AL Condos.

Selling? Why Use A Realtor?

Today I thought I would add some content to my blog network in the form of - A few reasons to sell your
property using a real estate professional. Whether it's a home, condo, commercial land or building,
it's important to know all you can know. There are some really exciting things in here if you are considering
selling your real estate and want to better understand how marketing with a Realtor actually advertises your
property.

Getting the most for your home or property means doing more than putting a "For Sale" sign out
front. In a competitive market where new homes for sale are added daily, your listing needs to be
seen in a variety of places in order to maximize exposure. Sometimes the right buyer is waiting out of
state, or even in another country. A Realtor helps ensure your home gets noticed and sells without a hitch
for full market value. Consider working with a top professional as it could mean the difference
between no sale and the payoff you've been waiting for; selling your property.

We begin with a custom marketing plan. This consists of numerous outlets for immediate exposure in different
places whether it's a blog, a web site or quality links from top-ranking web sites.
Your real estate goes on line and it's in front of the right people. Get your home listed and talked about
everywhere, not just in the local paper and on your street. The internet is where your buyer WILL find your
home for sale and, if appealing to him and her, set an appointment to visit. Make sure your realtor handles
their internet marketing aggressively.

An important reason to use a Realtor is to take care of the paperwork and explain the things you may know little
about. This may seem insignificant, but the amount of documentation is similar to a mortgage package only
spread out in to different sets of hands. You'll want some one to discuss all facets of the sale, whether it's
home inspections, warranties, short sale documents or subjection clauses, the help of a real
estate professional is truly in your best interest.

As your agent, we quickly put together your custom marketing plan based around an effective price.
A well-priced home will often generate the best results. When your real estate is properly priced, it creates
interest and curiosity and this is what you're looking for.

Our market analysis takes in to account a multitude of considerations when basing a suggested list price.
In marketing your home, we also "advertise" the listing in a way that emphasizes its unique and sellable aspects.
Next, we put your home in front of thousands of buyers establishing it on the local MLS as well as broader
marketing campaigns such as new listings sheets and Realtor publications. Our network of professional real
estate contacts throughout the nation will also have the opportunity to check out your listing.

Without the help of a Realtor, marketing your home can be time consuming and difficult. Advertising in
the media is often expensive, and many buyers are reluctant to consider homes listed "For Sale by Owner."
When we list your home, we do so at no additional cost.

When you start to get offers, we represent your "best interest" during the emotionally charged negotiating
process and ensure you get the best price, with favorable closing terms that are clearly spelled out.

For most of us, our home is our biggest investment. In other words, personal importance of the results
is at a new level for most home sellers. When it's time to sell, get the value you deserve with the help
of a professional Realtor. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you found this brief article informing. While
this information is for anyone who may find it helpful, I can help with your Alabama Gulf Coast Real Estate needs in the
