Highland Lakes Madison Alabama is another upscale community such as the Village of Providence, but with a somewhat different community feel. Highland Lakes doesn't surround a growing business community and is strictly residential and the home styles while a mix don't have the same traditional feel.

The graphs below show that while sales may not be as strong as in lower price ranges, homes are selling in the upper price bracket's above the $200,000 threshold and at a traditionally slower time of the year.
