Tannehill Preserve is highly sought after with 6 sales in September 2011 and 11 under contract as of October 24, 2011. I'm anxious to see how the month of September will round out.

I continue to be amazed at the progress being made on the site of the Perry's New Home in McCalla Alabama.

Early last week (week of March 21, 2010) the construction crew was prepping the lot. The photos below were taken on Saturday, March 27, 2010 and as you can see framing is coming along nicely. Hopefully the weather will hold up (pray for no rain) and progress will continue without a hitch.

In the meantime, Mrs. Perry has been shopping around for decorating ideas. Of course Target on Promenade Pkwy has everything you ever need for the home. And in case shopping turns into a day trip, she doesn't have to leave Promenade Pkwy at all. Along with Target, there is the Blue Bumble Bee, Christopher & Banks, Nestle Toll House Cafe, Supercuts, Starbucks, Publix Super Market,

She and the kids can even check out a movie at The Premiere Cinemas. There are an endless supply of resources near the New Homes in McCalla Alabama. You practically never have to leave the area.
