I continue to be amazed at the progress being made on the site of the Perry's New Home in McCalla Alabama.

Early last week (week of March 21, 2010) the construction crew was prepping the lot. The photos below were taken on Saturday, March 27, 2010 and as you can see framing is coming along nicely. Hopefully the weather will hold up (pray for no rain) and progress will continue without a hitch.

In the meantime, Mrs. Perry has been shopping around for decorating ideas. Of course Target on Promenade Pkwy has everything you ever need for the home. And in case shopping turns into a day trip, she doesn't have to leave Promenade Pkwy at all. Along with Target, there is the Blue Bumble Bee, Christopher & Banks, Nestle Toll House Cafe, Supercuts, Starbucks, Publix Super Market,

She and the kids can even check out a movie at The Premiere Cinemas. There are an endless supply of resources near the New Homes in McCalla Alabama. You practically never have to leave the area.

What's New at Rosser Cove New Home Community in McCalla Alabama?

Well for starters, my buyer clients, The Perrys. Last week they signed a contract on a new home right here at Rosser Cove New Home Community in McCalla Alabama. That's right, the ink is barely dry and the ground has already been broken on their lot. The Austin Home plan is under way.

The Perry's had been looking for homes in the western area that had been updated. After much discussion, all were in agreement that there was no need to settle for an updated home when they could have a brand new home from the ground up.

Although Mr. Perry sought desperately to stay closer to where they currently live, once he saw all of the new homes, the parks for the kids, tons of shops, eateries, and easy access to the freeway, his attitude quickly changed.

The Perry's are very excited and Mrs. Perry will be keeping a photo journal of the home's progress. It's going to be very exciting watching the work go from groundbreaking (above right) to the finished home: The Austin Plan to (left).

We'll be documenting the contruction on the Perry's New Home at Rosser Cove right through to completion.
