I recently read an article about someone who paid over 3 million dollars in cash for a condo in Turquoise Place of Orange Beach, Alabama. I understand their need for a condo and the average buyer's needs are left and right field. They bought a second home and while a lot of condo sales in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are second home purchases, most buyers buy condos and need the income to help with the loan, plain and simple economics right?
