If you have visited Magnolia Springs recently you may have left disappointed due to the complete sell out of Breland Built homes. There are still a few lots in Phase One unsold but you will need to contract with Adams Homes. So if you are waiting for Phase Two to get your hands on a particular lot with a particular floor plan built by Breland Homes, good news is right around the corner. Within a few weeks the first come first serve time will begin.
If you have been in a cave for the past year or so and have not heard about Magnolia Springs, here is a little 4-1-1 for you. The Home Owners Association (i.e. the folks who live there) will own a community playground, a swimming pool, and an activities building with work out area. So the neighborhood will be a little different--a lot special. And prices are unbelievable right now.

Eventually there will be almost 400 home sites in Magnolia Springs, Breland Homes says.
