As a Realtor, I continuously monitor local real estate statistics in order to keep my clients informed and ahead of the real estate trends. Below you will find the Alabaster Alabama real estate statistics* for the month of June, 2007. Alabaster saw a very slight decrease in the number of new listings, homes sold, expired listings, and in the average days on market from the May numbers.

New homes listed: 142

Number of homes closing escrow (sold): 72

Number of homes expiring: 30

Average Days on Market for homes sold: 98
