I’ve experienced more “climacteric” events than I care to count.

I’ve experienced more “climacteric” events than I care to count.

Yes I’ve experienced a few of these, no let me recount a host of these. Most were good ones but some not so. I’ve seen the event change the way people look at things. Some it was a rude awakening and others just made them bitter. The meaning of (kil mak’ter ik) is a period in the life of a person when an important physiological change occurs. So tell me has this happened to you yet? It will happen and have you prepared yourself mentally if not you need to get started.

Have you ever seen an agent with “boule”?

Have you ever seen an agent with “boule”?

OK enough of the one liners and jokes for at least one day I’ll go back to “Wordsmith” and see if I can pull it off. Now I have seen them and I’m sure you have also. The question is what to do with those agents who possess this problem. I think now would be a good time to tell you the meaning of (boo’le) to throw oneself in spirit into some effort. How many agents are gung ho at the beginning of the day or when a new or improved way of doing business is introduced? Within a week or shorter they lose all interest and fall back on the same old way of doing things and then blame either someone or something for not getting any business.

Thought that would get your attention now for the rest of the story. It seems there was this math professor who took five of his top students and gave them a difficult problem to solve. He also said the problem could be solved. Until they solved the problem they had no other assignments. As time wore on the students began to throw up their hands and fall out exclaiming they could not solve this perplexing and difficult problem.

Finally all the students except one had given up. The one student who didn’t with some more time involved solved the problem. An associate professor was sent to interview the student who was by all accounts exhausted. When the associate professor asked the student why he didn’t quit the student replied “Because the professor said it could be solved”.

So my question is to you have you given up on the real estate market? Are you going to throw up your hands and walk out? Or are you going to buckle down and solve the problem in front of you? The decision is yours and yours alone. No one will condemn you but yourself. What say you?

Mrs. Right???

OK as the story goes the couple had been married around 10 years when they went in to see the counselor. The woman was asked what the problem was and she said there was no problem that everything was just fine. The counselor asked the husband what the problem was. He said “I married Miss Right”. To that the counselor said “You knew that when you married her”. He replied “Yes I did but I didn’t know”… Are you ready?

Family fun and healty eating all at the same time. Oh my.

Looking for a family fun activity and healthy eating, too. Right now blueberries are ripe and we have several u-pick farms in the area. It's a great family activity, you get to soak up some sun and fresh air, and it makes healthy fun for kids.

We went to this farm in Gravette, Fisher's Blueberries. You just follow the signs, pretty soon you're surrounded by nature in all her glory and row after row of blueberries. The Fisher's are the sweetest people, and Mrs. Fisher was my kindergarten teacher (pay attention that may be on the quiz later). They said you can get more information on a site called upick.org or something like that (or you could just ask me).

I always like to take the opportunity to let the kids see and experience where our food really comes from. You know, today's kids, if it's not in a box with a toy inside they don't want it. And I'm all for anything that makes healthy eating seem like a good idea.

Eat they did. They should have weighed the kids when we got there and again when we were done and charged us for the difference!

Didn't seem like such a great idea when diaper time came, though. Sorry to leave you with that thought.
