Lowe's recently names Century 21 Exclamation in Rogers, AR. The #1 best office, as far as looks, location and technology. We also are in the top in our Region. They have names us the top 6 in the United States and will soon name #1 office in the U.S. We are a company that is less than two years old and we placed #4 at the last Century 21 state Convention and that was after only being in business for a year. We have top producing agents at our company. We have the best coaching program around and work as a team.
Everyone in this office shares their ideas and successes and that is one reason I believe that we are so successful in such a short amount of time. The broker owner and managing team are top notch and the agents are from all over Northwest Arkansas and have a ton of Real Estate experience. This is a friendly atmosphere to work in and we pride ourselves on being very competitive and not letting the economy and housing market get us down. Northwest Arkansas is a great place to live and we want to assist buyers and sellers in one of the most important decisions of their lives. We take a personal approach and treat each client as if they were our only one. We work with buyers and sellers in this area and often exceed their expectations.
If you have a real estate need whether it be buying or selling please stop by our office or give us a call, you will be glad you did. We keep up with the current statistics of the market and share the information with our clients so they are aware of how aggressive they need to be to price their home or how aggressive they need to be in making an offer. Also don't forget if your a first time home buyer you will need to be under contract by October 15th, 2009 to be closed by November 30th, 2009.

Clay courts
Pinnacle Country Club is home to the only clay courts in Northwest Arkansas. Our maintenance staff takes pride in keeping the courts in perfect playing condition. Playing on clay is much easier on the body than the less forgiving hard courts that most players play on. The clay courts stay cooler in the summer and you can continue to play in a light rain or drizzle.
Tennis Shop
The tennis shop is fully-stocked with racquets, demo racquets, shoes, 24 hour turn-around stringing service, clothing and accessories.
Courtside service
Service is the number one goal at Pinnacle Country Club. What can we get you? The shop staff will be coming around to see if they can get you anything to eat or drink or even just a cup of ice. If you would like an appetizer or entrée from the club we can have it delivered directly to you on the court.
Playing opportunities
Full calendar of competitive USTA leagues, in-house leagues, adult and junior tournaments, socials, ball machine, recreational play, as well as private and semi-private lessons and group drills with USPTA-certified staff for both adults and juniors.
Club privileges
As a Tennis Member, Pinnacle gives you the opportunity to play our first rate golf course up to 6 times per year. All Members are also entitled to take advantage of our heated pool and may dine at the clubhouse Tuesday through Sunday. Babysitting is available for all Members.

The Pinnacle Pub is a great place for Members to wind down with drinks and appetizers. Pinnacle offers its Members ample space to relax or entertain with men's and women's card rooms for games and socializing, or the outdoor patio area overlooking the golf course where you can enjoy live entertainment.
The Terrace Bistro is a "country club casual" restaurant. The menu is more elaborate and the atmosphere is a bit more sophisticated, yet still family friendly. The Terrace is open for a buffet lunch Tuesday through Friday and dinner Tuesday through Sunday. It is the perfect place for that important business lunch or a nice family dinner.
The Pinnacle Room is a formal dining room and is open for dinner Wednesday through Saturday. Table-side service along with a private, romantic atmosphere make this the perfect place for those special occasions.

That is the question, right?
I have got 3 of these accepted by the lenders and have 2 more that are on their way to acceptance. I enjoy them to a point, though they are a lot of hard work. It is a very viable option for our clients that are facing foreclosure.
I've learned to ask ALOT of questions from the lender on the front end to speed the process up (though non of them seem to be going short), usually when i get an offer in on one I play the waiting game on the lender to get back with me (and my weekly phone calls to see how they are doing).
"I am actually waiting on Met Life home loans to take me off hold so i can get a contract to them!"
Anyway, I've heard several people say they have done short sales in a matter of weeks (it takes me a matter of months), anything you can tell me on how to speed the process up would be very appreciated.

I was given the opportunity today to be on a panel of 2 at the Century 21 convention in San Antonio, TX to speak on the things I am doing in this market that have caused me to be successful in 2008! They said they are going to give me a video of it so i am hoping to post it on here. It was a true honor and humbling experiance when they asked me to join them in this discussion. Thanks Century 21!!
A few pointers I gave out today
1. Dress for success! Look like the professional Realtor you are!
2. Schedual your day! Time is to important in this market to have any of it wasted!
3. Most importantly include 3 hours of prospecting and make 20 contacts a day (I strive to do that each and every day). Here's a great formula - contact 20 people a day 5 days a week and only get 1% return on your work you are having 4 transactions a month (sounds like a winning plan to me!!)
See me being interviewed here http://twitpic.com/201c2
Have a great day/night
