Wow....I was there last summer.  It was awesome...can I get info on vacation homes?  Thanks.  Wha'ts there to do in winter?  Iknow about the northern lights stuff....how far are you away from skiing?

Hi Larry,

Thanks for your comment. What brought your to Edmonton?

Edmonton and all of Alberta are gorgeous and in a perfect economic situation.  In winter you can do anything that is snow related - ski doo, cross country skiing, snowshoeing etc. Edmonton is about 1 hour from the slopes and about 3 hours from Banff (world class skiing)

I don't actually sell those kinds of properties. We focus on investment properties in Edmonton. If you would like I can introduce you to a realtor who can help you find what you are looking for. Any property you buy in Edmonton will be a good choice as a vacation home and as an investment.

Take Care,

Danielle Millar

Hi Todd and Danielle, I'm from Prince Albert, Saskatchewan (about an hour and a half away from
Saskatoon), and the boom we are seeing in our cities here is incredible.  Similar to what you have been experiencing for a while now.  We've watched Alberta grow tremendously in the past few years, so it still seems a novelty to be in that position here in Saskatchewan.
