Pollack is a big name when it comes to Valley Real Estate.  One of the 'main' ones is Michael Pollack, renowned investor and developer who owns dozens of shopping centers, among other items, in his portfolio.  The East Valley Tribune just conducted a question and answer session with Mr. Pollack.  A very interesting peek into the mind of a man who knows the Valley's Real Estate market like no other.  In summary, he offers his viewpoints on the market, the effect of investors on the recent run-up and present day investment opportunities.  An excellent read, take a peek!
