Is the Eastmoor Sewer project ever going to end?

It certainly seems like this construction project has been going on FOREVER. I used to take Eastmoor Boulevard all the time and I can't remember the last time I've been able to drive down Eastmoor South of Main Street.

Now, the project is in Central Eastmoor too and when was the last time you could go north on any of those streets West of James road like Harding?  Your city tax dollars at work, but still.

I do think that when it's all said and done, the perception of Eastmoor as a flood zone problem will be behind it and home values will do better, especially if potential buyers know the construction is over.
