In the past three months, 26 single family residences have sold in the Benson area (Including J-6/Mescal, Saint David, Pomerene and the City of Benson). The average home was 3 bedrooms, 1.96 baths (don't ask me what would be missing in the .04!), and 1649 sq ft. The median asking price was 169,750 and the sale price was 162,500. Average Days on Market: 88.
Also in the Benson Area, there have been 17 Manufactured or Mobile Homes sold. Average size on these properties is 1,447 Sq ft, 3 bedroom 2.06 bath (Is that where the extra went from the SFR?). Median Listing Price is 117,500 and Selling Price was the same. Days on Market: 66.
