Tanner Guy - Wells Fargo (Commercial RE) to speak June 2, 2007 - 8:00AM

The Two Rivers REIA , a Central Iowa-based, Real Estate Investors Association, will host Tanner Guy from Wells Fargo Commercial RE Lending on Saturday, June 2nd, at 8:00AM.  Our Saturday meetings continue throughout the summer. 

Tanner is a newer member of the Commercial RE lending team at the Downtown Wells Fargo branch, but has all of the access to resources that comes from being on a team at Wells Fargo.  He will be presenting on the topic, "How to get your Commercial Lender to say, "YES!".   They also fund new construction loans, for both residential and Commercial projects.  

As a vendor sponsor of this group (and the founder) Andrew Lietzow welcomes comments, questions, and suggestions to help us improve the presentations being offered for our RE Investor members and visitors.  In our Des Moines Real Estate Market, there are lots of hot issues but for investors, one of the most important is where are the lending sources and what are their requirements to encourage approval for funding of your investment project.
