Yes the sold numbers are pretty similar for homes, while condo sales volume has dropped off since 2005:
In the first 5 months of 2005, we had 10 homes and 65 condos sell.
Then in the first 5 months of 2006, we had 9 homes and 23 condos sell.

Jack...are you seeing these condo sales more for primary residence, investment or 2nd home?

Mostly investors and people purchasing a second home. In both cases they are rented to tourists to offset the costs.
